Storage

When your Moonela pieces come off, put them back in the original Moonela box. It protects the PVD finish from scratches and dust.

Keep the box in a cool, dry spot away from direct sunlight. No original box? A soft cloth or fabric-lined pouch does the same job.

Cleaning

A weekly clean keeps everything sparkling. The whole process takes about a minute:

Warm water with a drop of mild soap
Gently wipe with a soft cloth
Rinse under warm water
Pat dry with a clean cloth

No special solutions, no expensive tools. Just soap and water.

What to Avoid

Your pieces are engineered for durability, but a few things should be kept at a distance:

Harsh chemicals (bleach, acetone, ammonia)
Chlorine bleach in concentrated form
Abrasive cleaners and rough cloths
Ultrasonic jewellery cleaners

Normal soap, water, sweat, and perfume? No problem at all.

Is it genuinely waterproof?

Completely. 316L surgical steel does not rust, and PVD coating is impervious to water. Shower, swim in the sea, sweat through a workout. Your pieces stay perfect.

Will it cause skin reactions?

No. 316L is the same steel used in surgical implants. It is hypoallergenic, contains no copper, and has minimal nickel content. Safe for even the most sensitive skin.

What does the warranty cover?
